Not sure I follow your question completely. Apache Airflow itself does not offer any support. You can seek support from the community via slack and forums such as stack overflow. Here at Astronomer, we do offer enterprise level support. We have a saas cloud offering as well as an enterprise offering. Both come with support. If you’d like to learn more about Astronomer offerings, please let me know and I’ll put you in touch with the right folks.
