Hi all,
Hoping you can steer me in the right direction. I’m looking at integrating Airflow alerts into Servicenow, i want a means to consume DAG alerts (with their dependent failed alerts) into one incident ticket… i don’t want a failed DAG to create multiple incidents created related to one incident.
Has anybody managed to do this? and is there another platform i can target my alerts into, to align to one incident prior to creating the incident in servicenow.
