Airflow in not working on different machine with same setting

i am newbie in airflow, my airflow working fine on VM (centos) task were completed in 2 sec,
but with same settings its not working properly on another linux host machines.
It takes almost 35 sec to complete task with same settings.

can anyone help me in this.

Does the task require any network connections?

Does the two environments have the same amount of resources provided to the worker?

Are there any OS system level configurations that would impact the execution of the task?
