Astronomer CLI and VMWARE (don't see new DAGs)

Hi,

I am watching the course astronomer-certification-apache-airflow-fundamentals-preparation
and following the videos.

I am watching “DAG Skeleton” video where Marc creates a new DAG, I did the same but I could not see the new DAG in the UI.
I had to do “astro dev stop” “astro dev start” and then I see the new DAG.

I am not sure why its not automatically updating like in Marc’s video.
I am running ubuntu server on VMWARE.

Versions:
Astro CLI Version: 0.23.4, Git Commit: 4efb05b0d026e4e5b5420b5729cf9fdb2630e400
Airflow: 2.0.1
