Scheduler does not appear to be running. last heartbeat

Airflow “The scheduler does not appear to be running. Last heartbeat was received X minute ago. The DAGs list may not update, and new tasks will not be scheduled."

I am using Podman as a container on MacOS. Astronomer Runtime : 8.8.0 and Airflow version 2.6.3+astro.2

I need to provide astro dev restart command couple of time to get rid of the issue.

You can check the scheduler logs to see what might be causing the issue.
astro dev logs --scheduler
