Astronomer provides support DevOps support on the Kubernetes cluster that hosts the platform. This includes but is not limited to helping with cluster maintenance, advice on cluster sizing, and upgrades to the Astronomer platform. Astronomer’s DevOps support does not cover things components living outside of the cluster that hosts Astronomer.
